Ingredients

Prep Time – 5 Minutes

  • Acai Pure – Sambazon Frozen, 1/2 of individual package
  • Strawberries – Dole Frozen, 1 cup
  • Banana, fresh, .5 medium
  • Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup
  • Dannon Light & Fit Fat Free Vanilla- 4 oz.
  • Flax Seed Oil 1 tbsp
  • Whey Vanilla Protein Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Splenda, 2 tsp (optional)
